FORWARD batch feeding system is designed to meet the requirement for multiple material batch feeding.It can deal with almost all kinds materials like powder,pellets,recycling piece,liquid...The material will be fed in the requested weight by the volumetric feeder above the weighing hopper with load cell one by one as pre-programmed.After all the material requested have been fed into the weighing hopper,the discharge valve at the bottom will be opened and the material batch will drop into the mixer,kneader or other equipment of next process.
The material amount and the adding sequence can be adjusted and programmed by the control system with a PLC.
The accuracy of this batch system can be 0.5%.
