The pelletizer is comprised of two basic systems and their supporting mechanisms 一- a pull roll system and a cutting system.
The parts which come in contact with strands are either stainless steel or chrome plated carbon steel. The actual cutting knives are manufactured from especially hard materials such as high-chrome tool steel or hard facing materiallike tungsten carbide or Stellite
These alloys can withstand tremendous amounts of wear and are somewhat less subject to corrosion then ordinary low carbon steels.
Strong draw in roller to guide the polymer strands to the intake device easily. Easy to replace cutting tools
Easy to open cutting chamber. Strands intake plate is convenient to swivel for clean. Equip with electrical control panel. Interlock is available for machine start.
