The Forward Vibratory Tray Volumetric and Loss-in-Weight Feeders are designed for accurate and reliable feeding of fibrous materials including fiberglass , granular materials, lets and fragile or abrasive materials. The vibratory feeding module consists of a drive, enclosed stainless steel feeder tray and stainless steel extension hopper. The feeder is maintenance-free with no mechanical parts subject to wear. When used as a Loss-in-Weight Feeder, the Vibratory Feeder is mounted on a scale, which uses a highspeed, low capacity strain gauge load cell that provides second to second high-precision milligram weighing. The scale material is stainless steel , is completely enclosed in a stainless steel housing and is designed for harsh industrial environments.
