QX-LW-S25 T17 Micro Loss-in-Weight Feeder

The Forward Micro Loss-in-Weight Single and Twin Screw Feeders are specially designed to provide high-accuracy low rate feeding of free flowing and non-free-flowing pellet and powder materials. All Micro Feeder material contact parts are stainless steel. The special design of the feeder base and flat bottom agitator improves material fill of the screw flights. A DC motor is used for accurate control of screw speed. The feeder is capable of feeding at very low rates of 2-30 L/hr. Forward brings high accuracy weighing technology to micro gravimetric feeders. The Micro Twin Screw Feeder is mounted on a scale, which uses a high-speed, low capacity strain gauge load cell that provides second to second high precision milligram weighing. The scale material is stainless steel, is completely enclosed in a stainless steel housing and is designed for harsh industrial environments.
