The Forward T20 feeder is suitable for free flowing/non-free flowing powder and other materials, provide accurate and reliable feeding. The fast clamp is used in the all connection of the twin screw feeder T20. The P series feeder can be quickly disassembled, cleaned and assembled. 316L stainless steel is used in all material contact parts. The polishing grade can be provided according to customer's requirement. The horizontal agitator is installed to prevent material bridging. According to customer's demand, the P series feeder can be used with glove box Motor and gear box can be covered with stainless steel cover to prevent material pollution. The feeder is using an AC or servo motor and mounted on the enclosed scale house, which uses a high speed and high accurate load cel l. Our high special and sophisticated control system help to achieve and guarantee the stable feeding and high accuracy. Optimum feeder screws are determined based on the material characteristics. The following estimated feeder rates are for free flowing materials. For feed rate at either end of the range, feeder testing is recommended.
